• Cut out your fave INKED design.
  
• Peel off the plastic top sheet, place and press the tattoo face down, and wet the tattoo paper with water until it is completely soaked through.
  
• Press and hold down in place for a few seconds, then gently peel up paper to reveal your INKED!
  
• For nail art designs: apply two thick layers of clear top coat to seal on your nail.
